Delivery & Pickup
At Steady Stride, we offer convenient local delivery and curbside pickup options straight from our home. Whether you prefer your order personally delivered to your doorstep or a quick and easy curbside pickup, we ensure a smooth and contact-free experience. Once your order is placed you'll receive an email from steady stride to coordinate a date & time that’s convenient, ensuring your order is handled with care every step of the way.
You will receive an email shortly after placing your order from one of our team members, to arrange a date/time that work best for you for either Pickup or Delivery
We are located in Mississauga, Near Square 1 Shopping Centre. Once a pick-up date/time has been established you my come to retrieve your order. Our curbside pickup location is our home, not a shop-in store. Simply order online, wait for an email to arrange time of pickup, and we’ll bring your order right to your car when you arrive!
On the day of your delivery you will receive an email with an approximate delivery time. Please let us know if you have any special instructions for delivery such as to ring/not ring the doorbell, have the products left at a specific door or area.

During hot weather, please leave a cooler outside if you do not plan on being home during the time of delivery. Steady Stride is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery. Any raw pet food should remain frozen until use.
