- What currency are the prices?

- Where are you located?
We're located in Mississauga, close to Square 1 Shopping Centre.
- Do you have a physical walk-in store?
No, Steady Stride is a locally-owned home business dedicated to providing quality products with a personal touch. So, when selecting Curbside Pick-up, you will arrive at our home to pick-up your order.
- I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
At Steady Stride, we offer personalized local delivery for all our orders. Each item is hand-delivered with care, ensuring a smooth and personal experience. We coordinate with you directly to arrange a convenient time, making sure your order arrives when it suits you best. Please contact us if you have any questions!
- Do you allow Saddle Trials?
Yes we do! You can place the order for the saddle you are interested in and select E-Transfer as the payment method. You have a 1 week saddle trial and must provide a photo copy of your credit card.
- Can I return my order and get a refund?
You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds or Returns DO NOT apply to any raw pet food items. Due to the risk of meat/pet food contamination. For any questions or to initiate a return please contact us!
- Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing your order! After 24 hours please contact us. If the order has not yet been started/processed then we can cancel the order for you. For any questions or to initiate a return please contact us!
- I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at info@steadystride.ca. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. After 24 hours the order may need to be cancelled if it's a location that is not a part of our route.
- How long does shipping take?
