This is where you request your very own custom case! Please provide us with your name & email. Select one of our case size options, and select up to 5 of your dogs favourite proteins! Lastly, please mention anything you would like us to consider when making up a case, for example, if your dog has any allergies or dislikes specific proteins or vegetables.
